3. Refund Service: We will process refunds for you if you meet the refund conditions.

3. Refund Policy

1. Software Subscription: - Within 7 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product and the usage time does not exceed 24 hours, you may apply for a full refund. - After 7 days or if the usage time exceeds 24 hours, no refund will be provided. - For monthly/annual subscription services, once activated, no refund will be provided.

2. 3D Models: - For models that have not been downloaded, you may apply for a full refund. - For models that have been downloaded, no refund will be provided unless there are quality issues.

3. 3D Printing Services: - If the service has not yet begun, you may apply for a full refund. - If the service has begun but is not yet completed, you may apply for a partial refund. - If the service is completed, no refund will be provided unless there are quality issues.

4. Quality Assurance

1. We commit to providing products and services that meet industry standards.

2. For 3D printing services, we guarantee that the finished product is basically consistent with the preview effect. If there are significant differences, you can apply for remanufacturing or a refund.

3. For software products, we guarantee that their basic functions operate normally. If functional issues are encountered, we will fix them promptly.
